Amazing Spider-Man # 49. By the by, I actually have that book too. It was part of a set of 4 British annuals I bought from a mail-order superhero merchandise catalog.

An all-time favorite splash and story for me. This was one of the first Spidey sequences I really got into as a kid! I still think the second Vulture was a good idea and they should have let the first stay dead.
